Black Tide Island (2025)

In 1950, the Korean War broke out, pitting democracy against communism, and the international situation worsened. Under such circumstances, the top 1% of Taiwanese elites gathered on Bonfire Island. In a psychologically and physically meager world, everyone was looking for a reason to live. They brought medical care, education, agriculture, engineering, and art to Burning Island, developing friendships deeper than kinship with one another.
